We are independent designers for Zazzle.com. Using Zazzle's powerful design tool, we create products for their marketplace. When you place an order, Zazzle will print and ship it to you using its global distribution system. They are fast, professional, and have an excellent return policy.

After you place your order, it goes directly to the Zazzle printers. If your order is still pending, you can cancel, edit, and reorder it. If not, we suggest you make a corrected version, order it, and return the incorrect ones once they arrive. Zazzle offers an excellent return policy. Zazzle customer support may also be able to help.

What We Do:
At Songbird and Sage, we're happy to make minor design adjustments, like adding extra information, changing script fonts to different words, or adjusting the font or background color. We can also create new products that match our existing designs, whether it's an enclosure card with a different title or transferring a design onto a mug.
What We Don't Do:
We don't create entirely new designs with new graphics.

After you place your order, it goes directly to the Zazzle printers, who then ship it. In our experience, Zazzle is quite good at sticking to their shipping estimates.
If you are looking for an estimate before placing your order:
On desktop, a shipping estimator is on the right side of the product screen, just above the add-to-cart button.
On mobile, the shipping estimator is below the add-to-cart button.

Life happens, and we totally understand. After purchase, your order is sent directly to Zazzle Printing, which then ships it. To cancel your order, it's best to contact the Zazzle customer support team for assistance. They have a great cancelation policy.

Zazzle offers digital downloads for 5x7, 7x5, 3.5x5, and 8x10 product sizes. They give the option to purchase instant downloads, printed versions, or just downloads. After downloading, you receive the design in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats. You can then print them in any way you wish.

Zazzle does not offer free samples. If you're interested in a product, we suggest you order a single copy to get a feel for it.
